Do you mean the FA glitch? When you sim the free agent signing in Dynasty mode the other teams won't sign their star players and they'll be available for the minimum once you begin the season.

10 man freestyle is a concept where the game plays like real life in which everyone on the court is moving and doing something trying to get open. You can actually switch to someone that doesn't have the ball and use the analog stick to make moves and cuts to get open and then have the ball passed to you.
