NBA Live 2004 an improvement?

I live in europe and the game is yet to be released here yet and I have some questions for y'all.
How big is the FA glitch? Is there someway to avoid it?
How's the create-a-player? Is it better than last year's one?

From the sounds of it, the FA glitch is pretty big, and it's unsure that the PC version will correct this. Not much has been said about the create a player except for the fact that you're able to buy items from the NBA store and use it on your created players.

I finally got my hands on Live 2004 and I think its a definant improvement 
There is always room for improvement but EA has done a pretty good job with the product, can't wait until the PC version comes out.

Yep..i just bought it today on xbox cause of impatience. This year's game is perfect minus a few things. I dont really like the clipping in some dunks....and i dont like how some animations dont flow into another. Thats basically the extent of my discontent with live. I've yet to come across the major bugs mentioned....hopefully i dont. 
Soon as the pc version is out ill start patching straight away since i will have already gotten past my excitement to simply play none stop.
