Post here if you would like an interview with Tim -->

Wed Oct 22, 2003 8:57 am

Like the topic title says - if you want an interview with Tim or any of the NBA Live team post here.

This is in response to the following two threads:

"Some more lessons from the old forum"
"Any chance of an interview with Tim"

And also to show Andrew that there are plenty who would be interested in a interview with someone and not to bag them onsite.

However, if you're just going to post about how much everything in the world sucks and how you can't stand Tim or anyone else, save it. Not interested.

Think of this thread as a petition - if you don't agree don't sign!

Thanks in advance.

I think a poll would be better.

it would have been a lot better if it happened like months ago.
console version is already out. pc will be out in a couple of weeks.
by the time all the questions are gathered and sent and approved by ea and so on... Pc version would already be out. (hopefully)
i for one, see no point in doing one. just my opinion though

I would love one

as for it being to late, it may be to late for this year, but there is always next year

i would like one as well since i dont get mine till nov 27th when i have enough money for ps2

a bit late, yeah, but i'd like to have some technical, patching related questions answered... i'd like to see the interview before the pc demo hits, which is pretty unlikely considering how much time it takes to compile the questions, send them, for Tim to answer them, their PR guy to process them and such...

otherwise, with the demo i'd have the answers to anything i wanted to know... and to me the interview would be pretty much useless.

I'm allso against the interview - it's just too late. Everyone have read and discussed reviews in forums, all have seen videos of gameplay and new features and some of us have played it on console. There is no point of that - all we can answer to them is - tell us what we don't know.

But what i want here is to have a member from EA team - hanging out, posting posts and replays.

And on the author label should be a sign that he is from EA so that everibody would recognized him and respected him in the right manner.

I respect the effort u make guys, but what are you thinking  ? Lots of people already expressed their intrest for an interview with Tim,and imho Andrew is/was already considering to give it a go. I know your intentions are good but it's up to Andrew to make the decision, or to start a topic like this, you shouldnt do this in his place(u could just have brought this question up in another topic), no offence guys :) , but let's just leave it to Andrew

although it may be futile, we try!

I don't care if we're late, it would be nice to hear something that we don't know, and answers to the questions we've kept on asking: Dynasty mode bug, PC release delay, etc.

It seems people aren't as enthusiastic as I thought. Disappointing.

We wouldn't learn much from an interview - we might as well wait for the game. I did make inquiries about a quick Q&A a while back, but I wasn't going to conduct it unless some of the more pressing questions could be answered. Since that wasn't possible at the time, I didn't take it any further.

yeh I agree, it would be good to have patching technical patching releated questions to be answered by the people who designed the game :)

An interview with Tim would be nice... I'd read it through.

Especially if it contains answers to these:

1. Are there any differences between the console and PC versions?
1a. If there are, what are they?
2. Why the PC delay?
2. What did they aim for making Live 2004?
3. With what he isn't too happy about?
4. What are they definately going to improve in Live 2005?
