To create or to edit logos and courts

Hello good evenings I am new hereabouts. My doubt is on since they can edit or create new logos, am trying to create new equipments type Albany Patroons or things like that already that is a bit a freak but well and to replace logos if that I it can make example put the file tlga (logo of the half field in the court) of the new jersey nets of the historic mode instead of that of the knicks in the madison, but what I cannot do is to replace them with other files bmp external the game, as I cannot create new logos.
