Download a dbf editor and this is very easy to do. Although I'm sure you meant within the game which would be even easier.

IMHO unimportant, they do nothing, if you don't like the face on the sideline then change it's .fsh file
and basically you're the coach and the 5 players on the court @ the same time

while writing this another thing popped into my mind:

EA should put the current NCAA and the best highschool players to the draft
but it would work for 3 years max, they (or we) can't predict more than that...
