anyone have a dbf editor to upload? downloads aren't working

does anybody have the db commander or dbf editor that will work with nba live 2004 that you could send me via e-mail? i've been trying to download from the download section of this site for 2 or 3 days and it doesn't work.

this isn't really a live 2004 issue. but just go to download.com and search for it. it's there.
or, go to http://www.openoffice.org ---their DBF editor is great (and free).

I've checked the download link and it should be working. You can always go to the DB Commander website and download it from there.
