historic mods not working

Could someone please help me. I am trying to get legendary rosters and or alltime rosters into the game. I tried the historic mod but the rosters don't show up. I have WINXP. Are there any other historic rosters out there. I would love to play the alltime Celtics vs. the Alltime Knicks...
