NBA Live 04 Editor?

Hi folks,
I wonder if theres an editor out there for changing ratings on the PC (edit sps/xps files via PC)?
Are you all changing/tweaking ratings in the game, or with Hex Editor?
It would be great to extract something like a dbf file for PC version and edit there instead of changing every single player within the game.
