Is there any way to create draft picks for PS2 ¿?

I'm pretty sure you can on the Pc version but does anybody know if you can on PS2?

Hopefully soon.... Im not too sure but i think i read a post saying that you could do this on the pc version but i have never done this PS2 before, just making sure there wasnt a secret way or anything
