v1.08 released...

I apologise once more for keeping everyone waiting, but the wait is over - here is the first offseason roster update for NBA Live 2004.

New in v1.08:
- 2004 Offseason Rosters updated through July 5th, 2004
- Nearly all of the 2004 draftees added (only a couple of second rounders left to go)
- Final 2003/2004 season rosters (including playoff rosters)
- A lot of player ratings and positions updated for better substitution patterns
- A lot of player ratings updated for better simulated and in-game performance

You can download the update here. As always feedback is most welcome, especially for the 2004 draftees.

(Even though this isn't listed in the version updates, I did update the Years Pro for everyone who played this past season in the NLSC0405 roster.)

u forgot to add the francis/mcgrady deal in this roster

No he didn't. It's there. The Franchise put up 20 somethin points on me in the 3rd quarter. Ben Gordon and Kirk Hinrich couldn't keep him in check.

I still won though. Luol Deng plays a whole lot better than his ratings suggest.

Are team plays fixed to mimick the style they play in real life?

Dorell Wright and J R Smith have really low dunk ratings.

JR Smith has a 44 inch vertical and Dorell Wright can throw it down with the best of them. Just some minor things.

Yay! Now, only if the 1995-1996 rosters were released today... .

Hmm..Also, Steve Nash is still in Dallas? He is traded even before T-Mac's deal. By the way, you should get rid of O'neal from Laker too, since he is definetely leaving Laker. What's else, don't you think the stat of 76's are overrated?

But...If l haven't mistaken about that...Andrew won't make roster changes until it become official...I think that's why Nash is still in Dallas ......

I don't like to make deals until they are official. Steve Nash hasn't officially signed with the Suns yet, and Shaq hasn't been traded so he's still part of the Lakers' roster.

I can never replicate that problem, but reinstalling the game generally fixes the link to the audio files.

Verbal commitments are legally binding in the NBA so Nash did agree to join the Suns. Per the NBA rules regarding the actual signing, Nash is still a Maverick.

So in short, Nash did sign a verbal contract with the Suns. He can't sign the written contract until the 14th.
