how do you blend a cyberface

I have been trying to make cyberfaces but I pretty much suck the eyes never match up the face never blends in with the rest of the head I get so frustrated when I see all of you with all of the great cyberfaces I just wanted to know what sort of blending techniques do you guys use any body please respond all advice is welcome thank you.

the heal and patch tool also helps, i just found out about these too

so Its not good to use the smudge tool and what image adjustments should I use?

IMO the smudge tool is not advisable...itll look blurred and distorted

but when ever I use the healing brush it creates a whole new face

so in your opinion what should I use
