announcer doesn't say some players' names

the announcer doesn't say some of the players' names...how can i fix it? which dbf file is related with announcements? except ID7...

This problem seems to occur even though the ID7 field appears to have the correct value. Reinstalling the game seems to correct the link to the audio.
