OEdit Problem 2... here we go again.

I thought that I had the mesh thing solved, but no. I have come across another problem. I messed around in OEdit until I thought that I had it looking right. When I put it into the game, I got this. The head looks fine, but the neck is 3 feet long, and at his feet. I got the shoe shape right, but his feet go into them in the middle of the shoe. How do I position them according to his body?

I've never edit the shoes (I don't think it's nesacarry).
