Editing Player Photos

I am trying to put player photos for the Cincinatti Bearcats into NBA Live and this is the best i could get. I ended up coloring the backround because i couldn't get the transparency to work. Does any one know what i can do?

i think u need photoshop to get the backgrounds transparent

use the NFSHTOOL then edit the player and the alpha

if ur not that inclined in using the nfshtool u could just use eagraph and import the .psd file with the transparent background. its faster IMO. make the background transparent in photoshop save it and import it using eagraph...

coming out with t_mac's and my team patches. I'm finishing up UConn and going on to Pittsburgh and then Cincinnati.
