Problem with OEdit..:|

I've downloaded the newest version (0.2 i think) and instelled. But it doesn't work for me. When i double-click on shortcut, windows installer appiers and it want to install ACAD 2004.. 
But it's installed already (my mother is working with it 
)
I click Cancel many times, but OEdit didn't open.
Then i downloaded 0.1
But it's very primitive.. I don't even know pull preview into midle, because, when i try to pull it down with mouse - nothing happens. Also when i want to move somewthere these blue/reds dots, they don't move 
What might be the problem ?
