From hair to bald, Strickland preview, help me

I'm working on this E.Strickland update.
He had hair from the beginning, but I wanted to make him bald (since he is that now) but I can't get it right. From distance it looks okey, but when zooming in and looking around you always find something wacko which I later have to edit in Oedit, however, it dosen't mather how much I edit, it's still something fucked up there.

Maybe I can send it to someone how will help me out with it?
