i'm a beginner

i have made my first cyberface, but i have a problem with it when i'm about to view my player in my game it crashes i think there are some problem with the cyber face i made . what must i do you think is the problem

it crashes when you view the player
i've edit the cyberface with paintshop pro
i used viv installation
...and i followed the tutorial package made by yavuz[nbaliveturkey]
