Question about uploading rosters

I want to start a NBA Live league, but Im not sure how to upload the rosters...Do I need to rename a file to rosters.ros or something like that?

u just need to send the folder where all ur dbf's are saved. zip it or something its in the my documents/nba live 2004/saves folder
