I made jerseys but...

Tue Mar 02, 2004 3:50 pm

I made 2 all star jerseys from the 1992 and 1996 games respectively--but now I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong with the names on back of the jerseys? During gameplay they look transparent/purplish but during instant replay they look great. I know it's not my video card because it's just MY jerseys that this happens too? I have a feeling it's the process that I'm doing while making the jerseys? I'd be more than happy to send my jersey files to somebody to look at and tell me what i did wrong, b/c I have a strong feeling it's my technique and not a video problem. If interested in helping --please leave ur e-mail and i'll send it to you--all that i ask is that you give me an explanation of what you think I'm doing wrong. This information will help me create more jerseys.

BTW--Many thanks to Jowe for the texture and advice, the MJ of jersey patchers.

I'm afraid I can't help you with that problem...but would you consider allowing me to use the 1996 All-Star jerseys with my 95/96 Season Roster patch once you officially release them? I would of course give you full credit for your contribution.

No problem, as soon as I finish them--I'll send them to you.

Andrew, the jerseys are about 90% accurate because i didn't include the side and short trims. I still have to find a good pic of the home version of the jerseys though.

Mikki, thanks pare.

Even at 90%, they are still way better than any effort I could muster, and I'd gladly use a beta version with the 95/96 roster if you were willing. But by all means don't release it until you are satisfied with it. Again, I'm very grateful for the contribution. (Y) Thanks! :)
