cyberface help

I read cyberface tutorial.I am not new in pc stuff, but i simply cant make it.For begining i tryed to change given faces (i took duncan, cause i dont like his face 
), i painted it with black color, and tryed to save it.But i dont know as what type i should save it.And how to load it then?
