I just finished playin a game, and now when I try to save, it says "save failed, insufficient free space" and I have no idea why. I just checked my hard drive and I have 12 gigs left, and I even deleted some files, and it is still saying the same thing. It is pissin me off because I jus played a good game and now it is not savin.

Delete off ur temp files....I had a similar problem in 2003. If that can't work, archive off ur saves from the folder.

Alright. What's the point of them putting the saves for 03 and 04 in My Documents anyway??

Cooooo....thanks a lot, it worked.
I was so anxious to start a dynasty, I figured this one was gonna be permanently messed up so I started one on PS2, but now it's working so everything is back in order.

I was my second season in my Dallas dynasty when this happened. It sucks! I spent hours, missing homeworks and study time just to finish my games. And this was what EA Sports gave me? What the f***!
I already tried everything (except system restore). I deleted temp and temp internet files. I also cleared my recycle bin and deleted some files in My Documents. I even tried reinstalling the roster patch and my backup Dynasty. I restarted my system. But the problem was still there.
Can you suggest other ways to fix this problem?

The 100% sure fix is to run ERROR CHECK on your main drive.
Goto mycomputer, then right click on your main drive, then goto properties, then tools, where it says Error Checking, click Check now (make sure that both boxes are ticked). It may tell u that it cant run it until u restart ur machine, if thats the case just follow instructions. Depending on ur cpu speed, HD size and amount of errors it can take a while(it can look like its frozen, eg, be at 36% for about 15 mins, its just doing its job) DO NOT RESET VIA POWER BUTTON, let it run and finish, u can lose/corrupt many important system files. This will fix loads of errors u didnt even know where there!
PS-this is for XP pro/home

I have this problem sometimes. I start to thing EA make this on propose, because when i tried to save, the message appear and then after play another game i saved without problem. Maybe they do this to you play 2 or 3 in a row for save the game. Stupid theory but everytime this error appear a play one more and works
