Any way to edit rookies before draft?

I might be late, because I just bought 04 for PC, I had it on PS2. I remember last year there was a way to edit the rookies before you went to the draft. It seemed a little complex so I never tried it. But is there something similar for 04 where I can edit them and all?

Also, is there an editor where I can see the overall player rating while I make the adjustment for each attribute, as you see during the create a player?

If you mean adding rookies to the draft, then yes, you can. The procedure is basically the same as last year.
