How do you refresh the ratings for players?
After editing in Access, I load the roster in the game, and the player ratings don't update unless I go to 'edit' and click 'done'... I'd have to do this for every player, which is a pain in the butt... there must be a way around this...

There's no other way to do it, as far as I know. By the way, this belongs in Patching Issues, which is why I moved it. No biggie, just a note for the future.
