Any good salary fixes out there?

I just started a new Dynasty mode a few days ago, simmed up a few years, and the salary cap problem is REALLY irritating. I had a decent fix that I downloaded from somewhere, but I un-installed the game, and can't find the file. So what salary cap fix, if any, can you recommend to download? The problem of big FAs not signing with teams may never go away no matter how long we spend fixing it, but what salary fix causes the least problems?

download Ben's roster update, your get updated rosters, 5 former championship teams, and an accurate salary cap and player salarys.

I do have Ben's roster, but thanks for reminding me. They're great rosters, but I prefer using NLSC's uninjured Roster when starting a Dynasty for obvious reasons. Though I could just take the salary file and replace it...

Just to confirm, that will work. 
My rosters use real salaries, so either the salary.ini file from my roster update or Ben's roster update will work fine.

You could also do the extremely hard task of going to reorder roster and moving players off the IR before starting the dynasty.

The way i solve the FA not signing with teams is just before i start a dynasty i go to the salary.ini file and edit the salary cap to be higher...
in dynasty the teams don't sign FA because the comp won't let them if they are over the cap OR won't LET a team go over the cap to sign somebody...
hence just increase the salary cap

Uhh...could anyone help me out in finding exactly where the salary.ini file in either of the roster updates can be found? I thought it would be in the appropriate save file in My Documents, but I can't find it in there. I want to replace it with the default one...thanks.

If they could do that...it would defeat the entire purpose of the salary cap...
