Substitutions: When shooting foul shots!

Currently, the autosubs will only occur if the LAST free throw is successful. Prior to inbounding the ball after the made free throw, the computer will THEN sub players.
However, (as was correctly done in NBA Live 2003), the computer should be able to sub before the FIRST free throw is shot, or before the LAST free throw, as it is a dead ball situation.
IF the FINAL FREE THROW is UN-SUCCESSFUL, the computer NEVER initates any auto-substitutions. It seems to incorrectly apply auto-subs PURELY on an INBOUNDS play.
