contollers..... help

hi.. is there anyway to change the contollers attributes? i use a logitech rumblepad and what i would like to do is to take away the pro-hop move but leave the rebound/block move. these two buttons are paired in the offense/defense thing, hence what i want is to seperate them. anyway to do this?

in our league we banned the pro-hop/power dribble move.
