3 point record

Fri Dec 12, 2003 8:51 pm

Hi
After I broke Kobes record of 12/18 with 15/18, this time Peja shot even better from the three point line.
18/21
Here are his game stats:

P. Stojakovic
Points 64
23/31 74,2%
18/21 85,7%
Rebounds: 3
Blocks: 1
Steals: 4
Turnover: 3

Jao Ming helped Peja with his record by dishing out 23 Assists

Here are the teamstats, I played even in New Orleans (once again, you can learn some german)

Kompl. Spiel Chicago New Orleans

Punkte 135 81
Bankpunkte 26 18
Würfe 50/80 32/76
Wurfquote 62,5 42,1
Dreier 33/42 10/37
Dreierquote 78,6 27,0
Freiwürfe 2/3 7/10
Freiwurfquote 66,7 70,0
Rebounds 36 33
Off. Rebounds 3 6
Def. Rebounds 33 27
Blocks 6 0
Steals 9 4
Assists 44 14
Ballverluste 11 16
Fouls 6 6

I play on superstar with 12 min quarters and andrews roster
I did not change the shooting sliders, I did not cheat at all, Peja was only as hot as it gets

Can anybody top this record?
Bye
Hopsing

sorry don't have any
but if I had one I still could have adjusted the sliders to 100 or something like that
so what for?
just believe me
he got 21 open looks, and made 18
he averages 60% in the season and shots about 8 per game
by the way, it is the standard peja, just as he is in the standard nba-live roster

Peja? I have broke all your records! Using original NBA Live 2004 ratings my streaking unedited Jason Kapono (know him?) has just struck your hearts! He has just sunk 21 3-pointers on a 21/35 shooting, 60% if u will calculate it! I will post a screenshot of the NBA Live Record books section as proof. I wont edit it for I am no cheater. By the way, I played it in superstar mode with 6 minute by quarter playing time. The in-game settings are global: mostly 70 with fatigue at 50, cpu: mostly 70; and user: at default with substitution at 50 for autosub purpose!...

all right, but your percentage is worse than peja's
Kapono was (I don't play live 2004 anymore) on my roster as well, but did never play cause he is not capable of anything but 3's.
great performance, all the more Kapono is not as good a shooter as peja

I live and die shooting 3's even if that player's rating is way below your expectations. So what if he's only capable of shooting 3's, its a challenge for you on how to adjust his limitations.

Fri Jan 16, 2004 3:45 pm

my Kapono hit 13 3-pointers in 7 minutes. It's surprising.

most 3's i ever got is 15 with a player. But now i play a TEAM game + i don't really have guys that can hit 15+ 3's

Tue Mar 23, 2004 10:52 am

did you guys turn off fatigue or something?

What happened was it was playofftime Im the #7 Hornets playing #2 Pacers...I sim'd the whole season thinking the playoffs would be hard it was like 64-8 after 1 quarter this is on all star and default sliders so at half I decided to try and beat the other team with Barons stats alone...Games end score was 194-96

Hi
I dont play the game anymore, but I check this post to defend my 3-point-record against cheat-claims. I did not turn off fatigue. I dont think it would improve 3-point-shooting. Everything as in Andrews roster back then. If you want to shoot as good as me with Peja, try to get 21 open looks. And I mean really open. Play 50 games and with some luck once Peja will repeat his performance. I played with CPU-Shot-control on.
Bye

@Thenamessuperman: Nice shooting, but I still have the more incredible percentage while hitting 18 threes.

The most I've ever managed is 7 (Kirk Hinrich, my sliders, Superstar, 12 minute quarters). I can't even challenge the real NBA record, let alone some of the efforts posted here.

Once I did 24 from downtown with Baron Davis. But with 6min qtrs on All-star with long range shooting adjusted at 55. Davis was above 50% from downtown and got 82 points.

here might be a surprise player....With Jeff McInnis of Cleveland I have buried 15 out of 21 shots behind the arc.

After that it went down. after 30 games or so his avg is still around 41% which is way higher then expected for him.

if i edit yao ming 3pt to 100..and change 3pt shooting to 100....and play 12 minute starter..i think i can get 300 point..i tried getting 200+ pt for live 2k3

Fri Aug 27, 2004 3:17 pm

i hitted 117 3 pointers with larry bird on rookie settings against the orlando magics in a 12 minute game. i did this on march 19, 2004. i had all the rules up and realistic too. i had the 1980's all star team.
