raise the roof!

Mon Nov 24, 2003 12:07 am

Im sorry if this has already been posted, I havent read about it, and its a pretty cool feature..

I have the cube version, so I'll call it the "c-stick"

but has anyone noticed on D, if you hold the c-stick up, the defender sticks his hands straight up...BUT...

if you flick it upwards, he does that crowd pumping up arm thing? not the "raise the roof, arms bent one" but the more waving arms up and down! I basically play D now, standing with my C doing this...

its hillarious...and gives me something to do while the CPU dribbles the ball until 8 on the clock before doing anything...

You can also do a bring it on motion by quickly tapping down on the right analog stick.

i love that move...
just to bad the game goes so fast for me so i can't realy do it without getting the comp scooring at me...

I do it when the comp is bringing the ball up to make myself chuckle.

Too bad you can't go stand on the score table a la Charles Barkley.

Is that move on PC??

Mon Dec 15, 2003 9:40 pm

yes it it...
there's two moves like that
- puch up several times, rather fast, and the player will move his arms up in a motion...
- push down several times, rather fast, and the player will waive his hands up in a motion...

How do you do it on the PC???

Yeah, its been mentioned already. But if you tap the c-stick or analog stick down he'll hit his chest(I think) in a 'come on' type motion.

no, he doesn't hit his chest, he just has his hands at his hipps and waives them (palm up) in a c'mon sort of motion...
