How to save game?

can anyone tell me how to save game? also, when i finished to play one season game then i exit to the windows, then the roster will set to default, why?

you can't save games this year.

You can't save halfway through a game. You can of course save your Season/Dynasty/Playoff in the Load/Save menu.
If you don't want to lose your rosters, you should save them.
