Dynasty Bug Found! and problem with saleries

if you trade your draft pick and then you skip the draft. You'll get the rookie drafted where your pick was.

Example:
I traded 1st round pick (1st overall) + A.Davis for K.Martain
then i skip the draft and go straight to sign FA.
I still got my 1st overall rookie

I spent 2 hours yesterday changing all the players saleries to Real saleries but when i trade the 20% point differents dont work
so i can trade AD for Tyson Chanler...
anyone know how to fix this?
