Is possible make that cpu makes more jump shots in the midle range (4,5,6 metres) because now only shots 3 points and run to the baske trying lay ups.
Which options change this if it exist?

This is never a problem for me. Play good defense and make sure there are no mismatches. Sooner or later the computer will have to take a jumpshot.

Yes but many time you leve 2 meters to the cpu for example wesley person (he is a good shooter) and he penetrates to the basket and doesn't shot.

Change the CPU's Short Range Shot, Long Range Shot and Middle Range Shot with your sliders, make the Middle Range ALOT, and the others less compared to the Middle Range Slider.
That did it for me, and if they still penetrate, make sure you have a big man in the middle to swat the ball away or to atleast make them alter their shot.
