I'm wondering if in NBA Live 2004 will be/is Season Mode (Not Franchise)?

of course, every year that is :),and otherwise u just start a franchise and play one year(without fantasy draft and/or cpu initiated trades) :)

Yes, NBA Live 2004 will feature the traditional single Season Mode as well as Playoff Mode, in addition to Dynasty Mode. I haven't played single season mode since the Franchise concept was introduced, but I'm sure some people still make use of it.
