Street Mode

It would be crazy hot if EA could some how make the game of Utah, or Uptown (played in New York City), along with 21, and the 1on1'e ect into NBA Live 2004 in time for release on Oct.14th. If they have this in live already or are working on it, that would easily make like the best b-ball game ever.

I don't think a Street Mode is necessary for Live to be a great game. After all, it's an NBA sim - non-NBA modes can wait until Dynasty Mode is perfected, the gameplay is a realistic reflection of the NBA game, etc.

Its not necessary but it is a very nice addition to have. If you think about it there are many things in this years game that arent "necessary". However they all come together to make a seemingly great game. I like playing in places other than stadiums in the video game. It gives a sense of variety and gives a changes of scenery. Nba players dont just play on the court either, they play ball for fun. otherwise Kobe wouldnt have gone to the rucker and lebron wouldnt suit up with jay-z's street stars. Not to mention the competition too much but espn has some beautiful ball grounds in their street mode, even rucker park. I atleast hope they have a different one on one setting this year besides the beach and the urban

I understand where you're coming from, but NBA Live is first and foremost a simulation of the National Basketball Association. I'm not sure how popular a Street Mode would be, unless it was vastly different to the regular NBA modes. After all, we do have NBA Street and NBA Street Vol. 2.
