Some troubles with xcrtsfx file...

I've just downloaded this xcrtsfx file and works well,as a matter of fact i really love the new sound of the rim and the collisions and dribbling sounds as well but the problem is the voice of PA announcer was removed and the music before the game as well...what could be the problem?need some help hir pls....

check your preferences, that file doesn't affect the announcers or game music at all
