WHAT THIS GAME SORELY NEEDS

Below are must fixes for this game for it to be workable

GAMEPLAY

Please get shooting percentages and shooting in general correct.
Of the last 4 versions 2003 has the worst shooting engine as far as %
is concerned. If Superstar level is selected then both teams should shoot between 35-47% no questions asked. My team % for the season was 68% on superstar untweaked (this is playing normally using plays etc). Computer generally shot 70%. Just fix it!
Steals & Turnovers are very unrealistic especially in All-Star & Superstar modes. On average in an NBA Live 2003 game there are 2.8 times as many turnovers as in real life. I hate seeing any boxscore with 30+ turnovers in it. I don't find blocking that bad but it can be improved.
Technical fouls, Intentional fouls and in game injuries didn't occur once when I played an 82 game season.. fix it!
Computer wanting to fast break 70% of the time they get the ball is a problem that needs fixing. You MUST be able to configure the speed of the game to your liking. This missed option is not satisfactory when you compare this game to others.
FRANCHISE MODE:

Trading of draft picks MUST be allowed.
Being able to bargain with FAs better MUST be allowed. You must be able to change the contract you offer.. currently you can just change the years in which you are offering, for mine this is unacceptable.. (very rushed)
Pre-Season games & training I believe are a MUST have.
I was ok with the trade engine.. I just hope if they try and fix it that they don't screw it up.
I'd like to SEE more contacts on an NBA team.. I would like to know what players can be signed from the NDBL what assistant coaches there are etc. Also PLEASE Fix the 6th man BUG.. That shits us all! FIX FIX FIX. Especially simulated minutes of benchies and have at least 2 players on average per team either miss the season or large chunks of it! THIS FIX IS A MUST!
