ncaa mod for nba live 2004 help

i'm looking for the ncaa mod with artwork and rosters for nba live 2004 and i can't find it anywhere. i've seen it mentioned on a few posts but i get a "page can't be displayed" or other error when i click on the links. i don't see anything in the downloads or on the nbalive.org site.

jao - i've got a problem. i found the ncaaartpart1 and ncaaartpart3, but when i click on ncaaartpart2, it says it's not in the archive and when i double-click on ncaaartpart 1, it says i need part 2. i also downloaded ncaa extra which, when installed, says i don't need the ncaa art files. i also downloaded ncaaroster63.exe but when i double-click on that, it keeps telling me that it is not a valid win32 application. when i go into the game, the ncaa art isn't listed and it doesn't show the 103 or ncaa file to be loaded. i'll uninstall the game and try again
