I NEED HELP Please.

I haven't played NBA Live 04 in a while so when I try to install it again, it keeps saying : A problem occured when trying to transfer the file audio/aems/xditties.ast

I keep clicking retry and while it's loading the same thing happens when It goes up about 5 or 6 percent then the same exact message pops up. It'ss at 100 percent and it keeps doing that same thing. All of the files are uploaded and when I go to my documents its there but when it installs and has it at 100% it keeps doing the same thing.
What am I doing wrong?

Oh, CRAP. I completely remember having this problem, but I can't for the life of me figure out how I fixed it.

I would suggest just straight copy the files from the CD, and then install, instead of installing totally from the CD. See if that works.

Gods, I really can't remember. That irritates me.

OK sir Donatello I backed out of the installation and all of the files are there. I went to play a game and when I do an exhibition or Dynasty game, when I either finish the game or quit, it does one of 2 things: it freezes altogether or it just restarts my computer?

What is wrong now?

O yeah. What's the deal with CUSTOMART? Do you have to install it or do you already have it in the game?

It's already in the game, it has to be enabled with notepad altering a file after the actual install.
