You can use them, just import them into a .fsh file named 'bsho.fsh' (or bsho_away, bsho_home, etc.) and put them into a player's folder.

I don't want to say these look good, because I don't really like the actual shoe, but I made it because the And1 endorsed players in the league will wear these in the beginning of the season.
A good shoe patch is defined by a couple of aspects:
-It has to line up correctly on the shoe model that EA made (so that the pic of the sole is on the actual sole of a player in the game);
-The colors have to show up right, that's why it needs to be a bit darker, because the dynamic lighting brightens everything in-game;
-You have to try not to lose details too, but that's quite logical, to try to make the shoe look like the real shoe as good as you can.
