Best Strategy for Dynasty mode?

Since dynasty 04 is not getting checked as much I ask you here.
Please answer the poll, I go for highest rating to get into championship contention even if just one year. When did youth movement ever actually come to work? Bulls do it, but it's just a series of youth replacing youth (gordon replaces crawford, etc). I would try to go deep instead of a star, but championships usually come down to one bigtime player except for pistons.

i will begin with chicago in think, they have a deep team but they just need a kind of warrior, of leader like men as paul pierce, antawn jamison

i think that one of them can carry chicago on playoff, and i will do it on my first dynasty

When I really want to start over, I keep my 3 best players, stack them on the IR for a few seasons, release everyone else and replace them with minimum salary players. Only play my best players when they're in a contract year. Get some very good rookies, and rock on

I have a franchise player, deal off a talented vet for a young rookie who isnt as talented. I also get expiring contracts so I can feed in FA. Every trade I make though is always worse for me, I never try and win out of a trade.

i go with Detroit so I'm always deep (although in Live 01 i sported a kick ass lineup of Eric Montross, Ben Wallace, Jerome Williams, Stack and Dana Barros). I only make small changes

hey, i use that strategy too, when you got the lottery picks like two years in a row, you also sign some role players and put the the 3 star players back in the lineup
