How to change skintones for created players

I created a player, but i want to change the skin tone so it matches the cyber face color that i created for him. There are only 5 different colors in the game. Is there any way to make a custom color for the player so it matches perfectly with the head color?

make your own,by using adobe photoshop...
the skin textures u can find at xplrcmn.viv
