can't play the utah jazz! help!

can anyone help me out? i can't play using the utah jazz! the game hangs in the loading screen! help help help! i use customart, my live is patched, i have some player updates, danet 2x shoe patch, jersey updates, etc. but i don't understand why it is only the jazz that is bugging up. help!

Do you have any patches installed for Utah Jazz players, or Utah team art? If so, there might be a problem with one of the patches.

i had one for their jerseys and courts, but i removed the jerseys it still bugged down. i tried not playing using the delta center, it still bugged down (and anyway before i was able to use the "new" jazz court. i don't know but the last patch i installed was danet's 2x shoe patch but i'm not sure if it was the one which caused it. and if it does, why only the jazz?

i experimented just a while ago. even if i turn customart off, it still bugs down when i play the jazz. then here's a discovery, i reset the default rosters (with customart on) and voila, i was able to play the jazz. then i tried loading NLSC rosters, and play with the jazz, and again the game crashes. so the problem perhaps is in the database or something? can anyone help me with this? i also tried liveorg's rosters, and same thing, it bugs down if i'm using the jazz. it seems to me now that perhaps a roster patch changed something in some database that makes the utah jazz unplayable. or so it seems. please please help, it's irritating me. thanks.
