plz help w/ my cyberface

Ive read some of the tutorialz but im no wiz on cpu, some terms I dont understand ( Im from PR), I got so far as making my cyberface in .bmp and from there Ive got nowhere to go. Ive got the spanish version( it kinds of suks/ the anouncers). can anybody do it for me or tellme what to do from there.
