Bodyshape Tutorial?

I can remember a bodyshape tutorial whicj someone made, but i cant find it. Or maybe someone else can help me. I wanted to edit the short lenght and Jersey of my own created player. So i edited a file from xpblend.viv (blend_loda_ body_xxx.o). But when i put this one in the xpblend folder nothing happens in the game (my file is called blend_loda_body_peglumb.o for my own created player) Can someone experienced help me, someone who knows quite well about oedit and the filetypes and so on? THX!
