Need feedback 4 first cyberface

Postby Alcoholic on Thu Jul 15, 2004 11:52 am

This isn't 4 release, mainly because its just a cruddy 1st cyberface and I'm no where near finishing the headshape. As mentioned this is my 1st ever cyberface, I figured out how to use 2x texture, and I did. After making it I tried to make custom headshapes, but it didn't go well at all.... the headshape is nowhere near finished. Here's the screens, please give feedback. Thanks. :D

No comments..? :x

Theres something I noticed wrong (look @ the portrait). His neck is all rainbowy colored. What could be causing this? When I save as .bmp I save w/ 32 bit color, everything else is default, could that be causing this?

Ya I said the headshape is just temporary I was trying to take off the ridiculous flat top he has in the game... unfortunately by the pics it didn't go right hehe.

Thanks for the comments, and do you have any idea why his face/neck is rainbow colored?

The face itself looks pretty nice... the neck doesn't look rainbowy to me, just blurry. Did you edit it funny somehow in the bhed?

No I didn't. I said I saved it as .bmp @ 32 bit, could that be the case? Does everyone else save as 16 bit?

I save it as 24 bit, and same thing. Also, I noticecd that in the normal .bmps (and tony's KG) I right click and go to properties, and it says 96 dpi... all of mine are 71 dpi... so I took his KG face and saved it (no mods or anything), and I looked at the new save, and it's 71 dpi.... how do I save it as 96 dpi?

I tried what you said... I can get 96 dpi when I save as .jpg out of EA Graph, but after that no luck.

I think EA Graph is the reason for making the neck look messed.

Here's some pictures.

This picture is how the neck looks BEFORE I import it into the .fsh:

However, after I import it, and I view it, there is a noticeable difference:

Does any1 else have this problem? And does anybody have any ideas on fixing it?
