Cant Get Transparent .bmp In FSHEditor!

hey, i have Abdobe Photoshop CS rite? so i'm making Logos for a custom team (ok the Bullets) and i go into photoshop, do all my stuff, i make the background transparent then i save it as a 24color.bmp rite? i go into FSHEditor, after i sellect "new" to replace the old logo texture, I sellect the new image, and on the right where its supposed to give a preview of the texture it says "(None)" i hit "Open" annyway, then it says "Stream read error." now this is a maijor problem, somebody PLEASE help me thanks
