DBF COMMANDER HELP!!!!!!

i download it and i can edit stuff but how do you get it to work that stuff that you have edited into the game?? please help me

The best way to edit a roster is to save it and then edit the DBF files in the appropriate save folder. This way you can easily re-load the modified roster from the Load/Save menu.
