coooooom'oooon EA, please try next year not to cheat to make the cpu win.. i mean, REALLY no cheating.. or explain me that :

Entire Game New York Indiana

Points 58 72
Bench Scoring 8 20
Field Goals 21/67 23/37
Field Goal % .313 .622
3 Point FG 6/25 8/14
3 Point % .240 .571
Free Throws 10/11 18/25
Free Throw % .909 .720
Rebounds 29 27
Off. Rebounds 12 0
Def. Rebounds 17 27
Blocks 2 3
Steals 12 3
Assists 13 15
Turnovers 9 22
Fouls 18 13

HOW can a team shoot almost twice as much as the opponent and LOSE ?......

ok if there were wild shots, but ... most of them were easy jumpers.. (oh, i had the knicks against the pacers.. houston : 2/13 on 3s..)

my point : is there a slider to control the effectiveness of putting a cpu player off balance ?!? i mean : when tinsley goes to the basket, i'm right in front of him, he seems to go off balance BUT SCORES EVERYTIME for example..
of course when i'm doing it, it's 90% off target...........

what's the reach-in foul frequency ?? and the difference between this one and the in-air collision and shooting foul frequency ????
the manual is quite laconic about it.. shame on EA, as it should be one of the main reason to buy a game..

reach in foul frequency is how often a foul is called for reaching in trying to steal the ball.
In air collision fouls are mostly for when you go to the basket and are fouled while in mid-air and trying to adjust your layup.

Shooting foul frequency is mostly for fouls on jumpshots.

Use different sliders.

ok clear enough, thanks!
so, i'd have to increase the in-air collision foul frequency then ?!?.. this way BOTH teams will go to the FT line instead of seeing the cpu making shots and me missing them..
the bad part is that it will be MOST of the time a foul .. .....

If you want more in-air fouls, then bring the slider up. Also turn down the CPU's adjusted shot percentages so he doesn't make them all of the time.

right.. i hate to decrease a rate below 50.. i feel like cheating.. though here the cpu is obviously cheating itself..

Set both User and CPU adj. shot percentage sliders to the same level.
