Suggestion: Don't make players that have already been done 1 thousand times!
There are already more than plenty good finleys and dirks out there.

yeah kevC did a REALLY good Finley, and wheres a really good Dirk? Please, Point me in the direction of the thread

I haven't really seen a good dirk made yet. Good start on the faces Linkin. They just seem a bit oversharpened/compressed. smoothen them out. Also Dirk's hair seems a bit pixelated.

Dirk has some really good potential. You just need to smooth his face out a little.
