live 2004 with xp problems

i have a problem running live 2004 on my athlon 1.4 ghz with 256mb ram and running xp. after running the game for a while it kinda locks up and sends an error to microsoft. thats it! the game quits on me... this happens all the time. what should i do?

and oh yaes im using a geforce2 ti video card with 64mb onboard and runninf the latest drivers from nvidia. ver 56. sumthing

I have a dictionary of all the xp error codes, pm the error code in the send to microsoft box, i might be able to find out what it is!
