is that a good enough graphics card to play NBA LIVE 2004?

the reason why i'm asking is because when i play live 2004, the game play is very "choppy" ... it doesn't flow smoothly.

Help?

NBA Live 2004 requires a 32 MB DirectX 9 compatible video card or greater. If your video card's chipset is not supported by NBA Live 2004, you will encounter problems.
